Braveheart of Stern
Is it time to use a bull that looks like a bull, has the performance and is backed by solid bloodlines? Braveheart blends two great Stern bloodlines. Sired by Highlander of Stern, the most successful sire in New Zealand 2009 (selling 24 sons at Stern for an average of $8000), and with his dam twice tracing back to 10 year old Stern Fitzpatrick, Braveheart has a proud heritage indeed. He has a true quality Angus head, good reign and clean shoulder. He's deep chested
and voluminous with a strong wide back, deep flank and tremendous hind quarter. Look also to his tight sheath, large testicles, no white, strong hocks and good feet. It's a rare package of practical cattlemen's type, style and performance. Braveheart’s semen sales have reached $40,000 making him the most popular bull in New Zealand this year.

Crusader has that excellent structure that New Zealand cattle are renowned for. A trait leader for birth weight and going strong at nine.
Millah Murrah, NSW, stud principal Ross Thompson was so excited by the Crusader sons that came through our 2004 sale ring that he bought the Australian rights and sold 2000 straws . His sire, Hingia 469 is 22 year old pure New Zealand genetics that have beaten most of the fancied imported blood over the intervening years.
